Booking Policies:

  • Cancellations and Rescheduling Services must be done at least 48 hours before your appointment time.

  • All No Shows are subject to a charge equal to 50% of the original service price. All discounts are void, and clients are expected to pay the Cancellation Fee.

  • For the best service possible, please leave a note when booking if you are a Senior (65+), pregnant, or have any health concerns such as: nail fungus, in-growns, sensitive skin, etc.

Retouch policy:

  • For all gel services, we will cover you for a week from the date of your appointment in case of any chipping, lifting or peeling!

  • If any chipping, lifting or peeling does occur, please call or text us ASAP.

  • Please note that we cannot guarantee retention for regular polish services.

  • Please be advised that your desired technician is not always guaranteed.

  • Requests for a retouch outside of the one-week window will not be eligible.

  • We will hold your appointment for a maximum of 10 minutes before considering it a No Show.

Words or actions that make others feel threatened or demeaned will not be tolerated and decisive action will be taken to protect patients and staff. Individual(s) may be asked to leave, the police may be called or the individual(s) may face dismissal from our premises.
