Appointment Policy

Out of respect for our staff and clients, we request you give us at least 48 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

All missed appointments will result in a 50% fee*.

• Running Late? We can hold your appointment for a maximum of 10 minutes!

• Please note that your desired technician is not always guaranteed.

  *All fees are subjected to 50% original service price. Sale prices do not apply.

Retouch Policy

For all gel services, we will cover you for a week from the date of your appointment in case of any chipping, lifting or peeling!

If any chipping, lifting or peeling does occur, please call or text us as soon as you can.

Please note that we cannot guarantee retention for regular Polish services.

• Requests for a retouch outside of the one-week window will not be eligible.
